Yes we are aggressive in some challenges but the fact every challenge results in their player going to ground or the crowd baying for a card isn’t helping matters but not sure the ref will be strong enough not to finally cave in and give someone a second yellow!

I believe you but AJ and Mick Payne dont seem to be concerned by this........I aint heard them mention it anyway.

Ironically the physicality and in your face football was what people were crying out for last season. Never known a fanbase to reverse their opinions as much as ours. Same with the "I can't wait to see the back of him" in May changing into "why are we getting rid of him?" in recent weeks.

Are you watching this? I’m not being critical as the first thing you need is high work rate and this side has it. Just getting used to it. We haven’t seen this

Obviously trying to keep it tight and scrappy first half and then bring the quality on towards the end

We have done a job and largely stifled a better team, but it hasn’t been pretty. As someone said, our footballers are on the bench and it is our scrappers who are on the pitch. Too many wasted balls and unforced errors from us.

HT- well there’s no denying it, we have the highest work rate I’ve seen in a Barrow side for years and we’ve managed to ruffle a few feathers no doubt about it. It is a high risk game and we do give away a lot of fouls.

If it wins games and we climb the table - who’s gonna complain

Nullifying them successfully which is hard work paying off.

Just not really looking dangerous in and around their box.

Walkers out on that wing to win corners. Corners which are aimed deeper than Scotty T’s ‘Deep V’ t shirts.
