Can't think of his name but the one in 1911 was worse
Pat Gallacher was the club captain in 1911 and one of the finest leaders and centre halves to have ever played for the club.
How dare you say that he's worse than MJ!
5th March 1978 was the day when it all began and from that day on...

Lewis 29 any comments??
So bluenige firstly it is Louis not Lewis hence not responding straight away.
After hearing the gaffer state the door is shut, how ridiculous is the thread now Nigel?
I was basically stating what I had heard. In forums you ask to see if there is any truth in things we hear.
Obviously nobody is allowed to do this under Nigel’s Law 🤣

He confirms that MJ Williams is not part of his immediate plans
Also said: As it stands, it's (the door) shut. MJ's a good guy. I'm not going to sit here and say he's a bad guy or he's one of the guys I've had a focus on leaving the club because he's not" ... "MJ's not come in and done anything wrong, he's not said anything bad, he's not gone against the group" ... "The honest way of putting it is, from a football point-of-view, we are just on different pages" ... "I respect him for his honesty".

Not quite the same as your 'MJ Gone' (on 19th September), Louis29.

Dear Lewis I asked for your comments nothing else, you've made yourself look stupid here by having a go at me for asking a question how does that equate to Nigel's law get a grip 😳

Would Murray’s comments suggest MJ was the poison?Murray mentions both Jackson and Earing in today’s interview and intimates they are both squad members and actually mentioned Earing is back to fitness now and could feature soon.
Doesn’t leave any other players unless the poison he referred to was or is staff members?
The plot thickens and you wonder if MJ will leave or sit in his contract and do a Barkhuizan.

Good point. He lauded him when making him
Captain saying he was a senior pro led by example was everything he wanted in a club captain.

Sometimes you don't get the real picture until the competitive action starts and the pressure is on. Before the season started I was convinced he'd be a real asset in this division with all of his experience at a higher level, and for the most part it was noticeable when he was missing last season. Obviously that appears not to be the case.
Popular side since '03.

There’s a clear difference between “being poison” and not feeling you are able to play at the tempo/style Murray wants

The wrong choice of words by the manager initially perhaps and the toxicity needed to be diluted somewhat which now seems to have happened.
The job itself has been a poison chalice for many and Adam Murray sounds like he chooses wisely what he imbibes from.

Whatever went on between them after Solihull riled Murray up so much he used the term “ getting poison out of the club” in an interview just a few days later he was clearly riled. Yesterday’s response when asked about MJ was a more measured approach designed to take the heat out of the situation. It was pretty much the same response he gave after Rose left, great guy plenty of respect for him but footballing wise we didn’t align and not on the same page
