Brilliant stuff. As others have said, it's the mentality - maybe above anything else - that's changed; last season we'd possibly have lost that late on after missing the pen. We've now got the wherewithal the grind out a win, even after a setback. With another winnable match next week - and a short hop to the play-off places - things are very much on the up!

It's easy to make smart remarks when we're winning but no one on here can really say in some early games this season it wasn't garbage, don't forget the signings and changes that had to be made !

Isn’t it nice to have 4 wins on the bounce. Just shaded it. But being a pub/golf course talking about 3 points. Embrace it

Absolutely Nige it was dreadful but like you say the signings and changes made have improved us Imeasurabley. Mooney looks a player Seb Thompson is playing like a player full of confidence and in Corey Edward’s we looked to have picked up a gem.

Found a way to win in the end, momentum building.
Impact subs again.
Excellent well worked corner routine.
Not sure about Walker as left wing back.
Mooney seems better on the right than the left.
Allen rapid.

We won 6 consecutive league games Nov/Dec 2023 under Pete Wild for the 1st time in Bluebirds history.
I think Adam J explained that it is the first time we have won 4 consecutively at home since the 2019-20 season. The Pete Wild run was home and away.

Let’s not forget Allen and Lane two other brilliant additions

Whoever is our penalty taker needs to take the half time Little Tony's challenge for practice
When they went down to 10 men and sat back we looked a bit clueless for a while but we kept going and got the result 😃. Onwards and upwards
Just say no to VAR :sentoff:

People weren’t saying it was great. They just said those who were calling for a managerial change should have a little patience. We were only a few games in to a new manager’s tenure.

And it’s just as easy to snipe and make overboard negative comments when we are losing. As many on here have proved

Aside from the very hard-earned last-gasp win, the thing that really lit me up today was a comment made by Adam Murray when asked about his thoughts beforehand on Marriott who was going to be missing the game and he said he was pleased! In fact he managed to sound delighted about one of our stars being missing today! I can think of some top managers that have had a twisted psychology, the likes of Bill Shankly and Brian Clough leaping immediately to mind. When I say "twisted psychology" it's meant as a compliment I can assure you. These people come out with things that might shock, might amuse, but who nevertheless provide a surprise and rational alternative perspective that might be overlooked and go unseen by most. Murray found the positive in Marriott's impending absence. I like it. Long may he continue to find the hidden windows of light. It's a change from doom-mongering and catastrophising.

Great win in added time, Great cross from Mooney Great header across goal from Cameron and finished off by Ward, all Subs who again change the game, watching the highlights another brilliant save from Winterbottom from a cross into the box that he pushed away for a corner, this side don't give up and Wealdstone gave us a difficult game.
