Yes he’s doing well, and I quite like him.
I do think he’s too animated in those inevitable interviews though.
Whing was the arch exponent of face pulling, tugging, twitching and ultimately it was a revelation of his inadequacies.
I hope Murray doesn’t end up in that category.
I think he needs to be a bit calmer when asked predictably asinine questions.
None of the best managers in the game are prone to looking left, right, picking at their face, ears and nose, and making comedy expressions when dealing with media enquiries. Check out those successful bosses worldwide.
Just not football classy. No need for it the way things are going.
Barrow must have won last night

Public speaking isn’t for everyone - I’ve been doing it for years be it school, bingo, radio

Even I twitch etc whilst doing interviews.

I think you are over analysing body language wayyy too much
Best to just listen to Adam's interviews. Much better questions and you can't be distracted by the body language ;) BTW, is there a link to his interview please.

Anyone know the answer to this, presuming you might know AJ? Last night we made five substitutions at five different points of the game. I thought they had to be made in three windows with half time not counting as a window.

Talking of body language in interviews, the one he did with the club on Saturday when he answering each question he looked towards his right and not at the interviewer. I’m sure that must mean something but I’ve no idea what! 😁

Tonight again shows that teams in lower leagues will not be rolled other Gloucester losing a man helped us, good to see Allen scoring again.
Good barrow connection to that game

Alex Meechan assistant manager at Stafford
And Andy Burns plays right back for them and tonight made his 600th career appearance
Thanks, Adam, for that interesting little aside . . . Andy Burns . . . am I right in saying it must be about ten years since he played right full-back for us?

Forgive me for going momentarily off-topic (ie last night's match) but Adam's mention of Andy Burns demands a response. As I recall, what springs to mind regarding Andy Burns is that there were two occasions of note when he was flat on the ground in our penalty-area and lunged forward to try and head the ball clear from a prone position! Those moments have always stuck in my mind, with me thinking that lad deserves a medal for showing that level of commitment to Barrow Soccer . . . going a stage further than merely putting his body on the line by putting his head, Boleyn-esque, on the chopping block. Very, very serious injury was only one wild boot-swipe away. Well done, Andy Burns, never forgotten those moments! It's all we ask as fans, that players give it their all. Great achievement to make 600 career appearances. Top, top lad.

Subs were made at 61, 70 and 74 minutes.

You're right. Only allowed 3 windows plus half-time.

Aye if you’re referring to the social media posts - the times the subs were posted were not as they happened

Subs were made in 3 slots last night

Are both sets of highlights meant to be silent or is that just me?

A little more now time flies! He was outstanding in the 13-14 season in what was a pretty poor team which turned around when Darren Edmondson came in from Workington. He was a little less effective in the following season when we won the title but a whole hearted player who was popular and I remember that incident John Terry-esque risking losing his head!

Thanks Adam that explains it also do you happen to know the attendance from last night ? and another point a few comments on here about how the team could do with a bit of media training surely you are your mates in the press box might be able to help out on that one. Ha I like giving people jobs.

It was announced as 934, I think (can't remember exact figure), a figure which was met with incredulity by AJ and Chris.
