Carlisle tickets now on sale
Carlisle tickets now on sale
Next up at Holker Street- Carlisle. Tickets now on sale. They’ll shift their 900 allocation in no time. So can we get 4K+ Bluebirds in for a bumper crowd and a great atmosphere. Hospitality looks like it’s already sold out.

"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.

Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
This game is setting up nicely for both teams. With very little between us in the league currently (the Border Boys are a point ahead and the Barrow Boys have a game in hand) this one should excite a sometimes apathetic public. Certainly one that our management team will take very seriously and we may just have the edge this time around. Looking forward to it.

Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
£23 - £26
For me, this fixture raises the thorny old issue of whether most supporters would be willing to give up the Holker End for financial gain when the travelling support has the potential to be well in excess of 900 souls.
I think it has happened a couple of times before but grinded a few people's gears. I don't mind, the more the merrier, and as for those games I found myself on the Pop Side which is a much better view in all honesty.

£20 in advance £23 on the day. Away end is open terrace behind the goals capacity around 1600
Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
The bar in the away end is as attractive as a nuclear fall out shelter
Just say no to VAR

I stand occasionally in the Holker Street end but I’d still give it over to Carlisle fans for this game. Imagine how much money the club is missing out on ? extra money that could be used on our playing budget. Surely for the sake of one match it’s worth it . I don’t think an extra five or six hundred supporters cheering Carlisle on is going to inspire their players anymore. There’s already nine hundred of them going to be there.

Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
I can’t see any way we ever give Carlisle the full HS End; would annoy too many Barrow fans. Loads of them go in the home end anyway despite the “tickets will be cancelled” nonsense

Ours doesn't have a concrete ceiling

Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
As a matter of interest, do the club ask for postcodes when buying home tickets, or do you just rock up and buy as many as you want, just asking for a friend like.

Re: Carlisle tickets now on sale
If the Club decided to give Carlisle fans the Holker Street End the terrace at the Bluebird/Garage side would also have to be closed can`t have both set of fans standing side by side, which would mean the Popular Side would probably have to be all ticket, what is the Capacity for that side of the ground, but having another 1,000 Carlisle fans would also bring it`s own problems with increase police costs, so it`s not going to happen and why upset the home fans that support the team in the Holker End.

Don’t sell your soul for money.Holker lads stands there sing their hearts out for the team.Likely to be a noisy event .Just hope the small proportion of idiot fans both sides behave and we don’t have the usual stand off outside the the ground between groups hurling abuse and inviting other side to a punch up.Hope the local
Constabulary keep a lid on it and we go home with a victory or at least a point.Only ever seen us best them once I think on minor cup game . Don’t want to hear James Philips gloating on radio rather hear Adam cheering us!

They knocked a lot back last time. However, I agree local Carlisle fans were sprinkled around.
Though the customary onanism re away numbers has of course started in The Border City I see.
