I had many a great debate with Pete, another guy who will be missed by many fans. We didn't always agree but there was no doubting his passion and feeling for the club.

R.I.P, very sad news. Didn't know him well but a real character especially from when I first started going to Barrow. Loved this club- taken far too soon and condolences to his family.

Like Kieran, I got to know Pete pretty well during the Turnbull era. We lost touch down the years but it was always a pleasure to bump into him in random places and have a catch up.

Sincere condolences to Pete's family if they're following this thread and also thinking of Phil Solloway, who to the best of my knowledge was very close friends with Pete.
