Peter Kirby sadly passed away at 445pm this afternoon after losing his battle against Cancer.

Absolutely tragic news. RIP mate.

Sad news indeed :(

Don't think any who were lucky enough to have met him will forget him in a hurry. Remember having some right conversations with him during the dark and depressing days of the late Turnbull era.

Always loved a good chat with Pete. We didn't always agree early on but what a top bloke. RIP Pete.

That's terrible news, cant have been any real age either.
