That`s unbelievable Graham so you can`t walk pass the ground and take photos of the stands going up, if that`s the case I hope many more forum members go up the ground and take photos and post on here, I hope you get a full refund on your ticket.

Not allowed inside the ground for some reason. Once the season starts we can take as many photos as we like as usual !

It is a building site chaps. Lifting equipment etc with workers wearing hard hats....

Can understand if the club were updating( on the website or twitter) using their own photographer but as they aren't I think this decision is at best poor ! don't understand the problem perhaps someone from the trust can enlighten us all !

I have been in when there has been no work going on. So it's safe. I have worked on sites myself and know what the risks are.

I have been told it is something to do with paperwork.

Whilst it is nice to see photos we were told back on page 7 of this thread that the club had asked for none to be posted of the ongoing work.

Communication isn't what the club do well as far as the fans are concerned as we all know to well.

Maybe Barrow Council have not granted planning permission yet

I think it’s all a bit complicated but just the fact they mentioned it means they must’ve had a good reason otherwise they’d be banging pictures of it themselves all over the place.

The point I have made several times Ian, is, " The fans were not told" So therefore I have done nothing wrong.
So why has someone from the GMV taken it upon himself to do so. 50 plus years a fan, and I am told by a nobody what to do. This has upset me. I was just doing for the many fans who are interested what's happening.especially the exiles who seemed to enjoy them. You are a GMV volunteer of many years standing, who I have have the utmost respect for.
