It isn't.
Barrow lose 0-10 (finish on 84 points) and AFC Fylde win (finish on 85 points), AFC Fylde champions.

So us drawing would make no difference to who wins the title in any circumstance.

........... you are right spammer, if fylde don't win barrow will be champions as they have enough points already
if fylde win then barrow need to win or fylde will be champions
either way the point barrow would get from a draw would be irrelevant
