How did you get into Barrow AFC? Went with 2 mates from school when I was 11 in 1971

What was your first match? I think it was Cambridge Utd

How many times have you seen the team play? No idea but it's hundreds

Do you travel to away games? I travel to home games (70 mile round trip) V occasionally I go away.

What does Barrow AFC mean to you? It's in my blood

Who is your current and all time fave player? Rutherford when he's on form,Jim Pearson.

Barrow vs some team in the blue square north (I cant remember to be honest).

How many times have you seen the team play?
Pretty much every Home since the promotion season and I have also been to a few away' games.

Do you travel to away games?
Just started going to a few away games towards the end of last season (im nearly 16 so hopefully I will be going to more and more).

What does Barrow AFC mean to you?
My favourite team, no team will ever mean as much.

Who is your curent and all time fave player?
My favourite current player is Mike Pearson and my all time favourite player is Matt Henney.

Near enough every game since I started going to watch them a few season back

Do you travel to away games?
I'm only 15 but I have recently started going to away games, this season I have been to Lancaster pre season, York and Southport. Plenty more to come this season.

What does Barrow AFC mean to you?
Everything, always makes my Saturday watching Barrow

Who is your curent and all time fave player?
My favourite current player is Robin Hulbert, my favourite player of all time is Andrew Bond

Started going in about year 7 because some of my mates were going, been hooked ever since.

What was your first match?
Barrow vs Man united reserves in 2002.

How many times have you seen the team play?
Started watching them at the very start of the promotion season, havnt missed many games, so quite a lot.

Do you travel to away games?
i have been to some such as FC United and Fleetwood. Went to york this season and i hope to be going to a lot more

What does Barrow AFC mean to you?
a lot. i used to go because it was something to do on a saturday, now i go because i like to support the team, win, lose or draw.

current player - mike pearson

V I think Redditch, all I remember is we won!

Lost count, easily into the 100's

I do try to, but when home games are 3 hours away, they are enough of a stretch

Its the think I come home for, its what I tell people when they say.. Who dyu support? Its even a group name in my classroom

What was your first match? Goole FA Cup 75/76, 1st away Woking FA Trophy 79

How many times have you seen the team play? 100's

Do you travel to away games? Travelled regularly between 85-96

What does Barrow AFC mean to you? Meant everything at the time but kids come along and take priority but still love the club

Who is your curent and all time fave player? Micky Cook as a kid then God, Danny Wheatley,Frank Gamble. Haven't been this season but YJM sounds my type of player

Agreed though he was a shining star amidst the general dross on display in those days - I particularly used to love the way he used to push the ball past his full-back then appear to bum him in order to win a free-kick for obstruction. He also like to beat the full-back about two thousand times before putting a cross in!

Same Alan Cook that was a teacher at North Walney Juniors at the back end of the 70's? Used to show off his footballing tricks in the school yard.

The other class act from around the same time was Kevin Thomas. I'm i right in thinking he was only at Holker St because of some insurance payment he recieved over an injury and therefore couldn't play in the football league
