4-4-2 line up and Simon Grand drops to bench.

Dixon, Cowps, Ashton, Williams, Livesey, Symington, Mellor, Fofana, Howarth, Walker, Cook
Subs: Grand, Grimes, Taylor, Harvey, E Newby

Yep.
