Refunds

Post by The Exile » Thu Mar 19, 2020 9:10 am

I've not been reading the site much lately so this question may have been already asked.

I have pre booked tickets for the Chesterfield and Woking games, but if they are cancelled would I get a refund.

If that's possible, I want to contribute the money to the bluebirds trust.

Any help appreciated.

So if I understand it correctly, I can hang onto the tickets and use them for possible rescheduled games, or wait for an e mail offering me a refund.

Either:
  • Request a refund (not sure you would get an email offering one); or
  • hang on to your ticket on the offchance that the game eventually goes ahead and use it then; or
  • don't request a refund, don't use it if the game is eventually played but buy another ticket for that game. That way you will have donated the cost of the original ticket to the club.

As BAFC_Official says, to request a refund to then give it to the Trust merely incurs the club in transaction costs for money that would come straight back to the club from the Trust, anyway!
It all comes 'round again.

I've emailed all online ticket holders so you should have had one. If not, send me your order number via PM on here and I'll be in touch! :scarf:
