Season tickets

Post by olbarrafancumbak » Sat Jun 20, 2020 8:55 am

I know the dust hasn't settled but how quick can we get the season tickets on sale?
I understand that some games may be behind closed doors but me personally dont mind paying even if we cant see.. if you get what I mean?

Could the club offer those who dont have great incomes a pay weekly or monthly option from now.to enable a chance to buy?

Even though money from the efl etc will no doubt be a huge help but so would tickets sales surely?

Just a thought

Club can’t do anything about season tickets yet because they don’t know when they can start allowing supporters into grounds or when they do let supporters in what capacity it will be.

In theory we could put ST's on sale now, but we have taken the decision not to until we have a bit more clarity on when we will be restarting and how many people we will be allowed to have in the ground.

However, we hope to have something online this week to enable supporters to register their interest in purchasing one.

The direct debit option will be available once again this season.

Any and all updates on this will be available on our website and social media channels :scarf:

Sure the club will be mapping out a way ahead in the coming weeks. Still some interesting times ahead as more social interaction is allowed. A few weeks of that should give us a good marker for what lays ahead

Its not hard is it just put a disclaimer next them that doesn't guarantee entry to all games due to Corona etc...

People buying the ST won't care its about supporting the club.

A league club I used to be involved with are reporting a 30% rise in season ticket sales despite the risk.

Guessing a lot of clubs who have them on sale now are mainly doing so to get some cash flow into the club?

Here is a thought if the club can offer pay per view games For games played behind closed doors, the season ticket could cover free pay for view for these games taking away the speculation. If its possible.

All the Championship matches are being streamed to S.T. holders via the iFollow service ( even if there was a 15 minute technical hitch on Saturday).
Back when Barnet were in L2, all L2 matches were streamed live abroad, I don't know whether that still happens but presuming that it does, then I imagine that it would be no problem for the matches to be shown in UK also.

As well as season tkt thought also required as to those of us who also pay for a particular seat at same time as we get opportunity to renew it each season.I fully expect to pay more for this privilege but with social distancing they might be spaced out more although the scientists say it ok if you side by side facing front so when we register our interest in tenewingbseason tkt please can this option also be included/clarified.

Could be more complicated now we are L2 with compulsory segregation I expect. There will have to be a bigger empty space in the stand between both sets of fans. I am expecting to lose my place but can't be helped

It's a sign of how organised the club is.
They could sell season tickets to get cash in but they realise how it could cause complications.
Lot more professional but then Paul Hornby is a Accountant
