Trophy Presentation Pictures
Re: Trophy Presentation Pictures
Lovely! Thanks for sharing. Sure the players will have enjoyed the occasion despite no crowds. Good to see some non-playing staff and the steward team able to be present, too.
I hope all enjoyed their family celebration at The Dunes afterwards.

Can't see anyone representing the volunteers there.
I hope someone was invited.

It was mentioned to herbie afterwards that we'll sort something when things have calmed down a bit.Holkerbird wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 11:55 am Can't see anyone representing the volunteers there.

Re: Trophy Presentation Pictures
What about the paying fans then?. Jesus Christ volunteers have no more right to be there than any other fan. You literally don’t have to do it. And you didn’t aid that squad in wining the league. Don’t even pretended you did.

Would’t it be marvellous if people could restrict their comments to the fair and kind variety ?
Re: Trophy Presentation Pictures
I see Leeds United had an open top bus celebration which was approved by the council, wonder when ours will be
Re: Trophy Presentation Pictures
The volunteers are paying fans I would assume and some have been volunteering for awhile.
Think appreciation to them should be shown in some form ,only right.

Just for clarity, I didn't go out and see it, just was doing Trust bits and bats on desk. Wouldn't have felt right. Besides, I was waiting on a Fax a Snack.Big E wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 12:34 pmIt was mentioned to herbie afterwards that we'll sort something when things have calmed down a bit.Holkerbird wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 11:55 am Can't see anyone representing the volunteers there.

Nearly messing up the shirt signing by repeating wrong instructions to the players was my only role which was saved by Adam's intervention.
