Sometimes it just doesn’t work out sadly. Had to take time recovering from an complex injury by all accounts. Richie gets game time and hopefully can regain his mojo elsewhere. Good luck and thank you RB👏

Bennett has another year to go on a two year deal so unless we pay him off or somebody pays a fee for him he will be back

I know exactly how long he signed a deal for and as we all know deals mean nothing these days! Like I wrote hopefully RB can get his mojo back elsewhere!

Hope he can get some fitness and sharpness back. Probably wasn't going to feature much until the seasons end anyway so f he does play regularly then at least there may be a player there that we can either retain or move on in the summer.

Sorry but it does ask Mark Ellis . Marquee signing by Cooper. High earner. Was obvious Wild didn’t want him but neither did anyone else on his wage until Torquay came in. I have no doubt they only took him if we paid a percentage of his wage. York are probably doing similar. Mike Jones another big earner. Didn’t do much when fit from the end of 2021 until his contract expired at end of last season. Happy to pick up a good wage without kicking a ball or going out on loan. Who is to say Bennett won’t do the same next season if he can’t get a good pay off from us..

Scun-thorpe in severe danger of relegation to NLN, 6 points adrift. He's got a big battle on his hands.
Don't let the old man in.

Solid business for all concerned, They get a forward who should get a good run of games to get him up to speed, We get some financial relief as they will pay for his services, Hope the lad rediscovers his form & we still have a player who we can trade or use, Win/win.

He was crap last time he was here. No improvement on his return. Hopefully, Pete Wild can offload him.

He wasn’t crap the last time - he managed to secure a £50k move to some team or other higher in the pyramid after all - but agreed, minimal impact this time around. Hopefully he has a good trot at Scunny and we can reassess in the summer.

Both terrible signings as, like Bennett, well past their best when coming here. All going downwards starting at Conference and then going lower.
