I think the issue lay with the length of contract requested. But shall ask on your behalf Rushy👍

Also been asked to enquire about the club’s intentions with the ‘B’ team for the coming season.

Can someone ask about the pitch, please? What’s been done exactly and how / will it be better this year ?

Could someone ask how it is that Alan Nixon and Jeff1966 seem to have inside knowledge of what’s happening at the club. Ha,

Secondary drainage, vertidrained and totally scalped levelled and reseeded. Which should improve the pitch no end.

Looking at possibly three more additions. One of which will be training with the squad on Monday.

Iain Wood said the B team to continue but just the four cup competitions. As we struggled to get games in. So players will be added for that.

I didn't go because I was at work till 7.50 and I didn't think I would find anything new and after reading the twitter feed I was correct. I haven't really heard anything new. Why are we releasing players then signing them back, was that answered?

The flexibility and value for money caused a revaluation of Rory and Sam especially given their versatility to be able to play in different positions plus they always wanted to stay so it just rang out according to Iain wood

There were no political answers from the board tonight. Thought they were as honest as they could be, I for one went away happy in the main and look forward to another challenging season in EFLeague 2 and hope we will be in the mix come the end of it.
Adam Johnson also did independent interviews post event with Stephen Clemence, Tony Shearer and Iain Wood for radio Cumbria which will be aired on Radio Cumbria from 14:00 tomorrow.
