Video highlights of their recent win over then leaders Scunthorpe on YouTube well worth a look (can't transfer). Scored a good goal and tripped from behind as he was about to shoot to win a penalty. Looks to be two-footed (scored with his right) but seems to prefer the left. Apparently took time out after being released by Middlesbrough before joining Spennymoor twelve months ago,where his father was once a player, to kick start his career. Seen a few posts on FB off Simon Bishop who reckons he’s a good footballer, not afraid to put his foot in, scores goals and will do well for us.

13 goals and 9 assists at this stage of the season is phenomenal for a midfielder. Feel like this could be a replacement for Spence which is not ideal but who knows. This is definitely the way forward getting non league gems, look at Walsall for example absolutely flying and signed a few from the nln. Better then wasting big money on duds like garner and Telford
