Potential new investor(s)

Interesting talk of an American celebrity investing in the club.

Even if it’s minor investment it’s better than nothing all financial support is welcome.

If it’s Musk you’d better check his bank balance. It’s not what it was. He might have to flog one of those rocket things.

WG - - - would your Musk-displeasure be trumped if it turned out to be an advance from J.D. instead?

Why do I see the word 'celebrity' and want to run for the hills...?

Whether we agree/ disagree WE cannot continue in the EFL unless we get new investors and develop some decent infrastructure at present we must be hemorrhaging money every week which as anyone knows is unstatainable!

I wouldn’t think an investment of 10 %, after an initial input of say £400k , is going to make a significant difference , in the short term , whoever it might be. But we’d take it and hope that it leads to further progress.

Have always said additional sensible investment can only be good for the club.

We will need additional investment if the club is to progress. I think if you look behind the scenes you’ll probably find a fair amount of work being done to create connections and build investment opportunities.

Part One of my interview with Paul Hornby MBE can be watched here:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0kxj23n

In the first part he speaks about the dismissal of Stephen Clemence, the appointment of Andy Whing, the transfer window and the clubs search for new investment
