As far as I am aware, only Canavan, Foley, Hemmings and Mahoney have a contract definitely expiring this summer.

Stanway and Walker are a ‘one year further option’.

A decision will be made on them, I personally wouldn’t keep either.

Hopefully ones with contracts get told they can go if they find somewhere else for an 'undisclosed fee' ie [SwearFilter] all!! Id be happy to never see any of them in a barrow shirt ever again. Bunch of pea hearted merceneries! As u can all tell im taking relegation really well 😂

There's only 3 I care about being here next season. MJ, Newbs and Whits.
Mahoney, Stanway, Canavan, Raglan, McCann, Fletcher, Jackson, Anderson, Thompson, Smith I hope all move on.
The rest I have no strong preference for.

Keep Whitfield, Fletcher, Rose, McCann, I’d look to sign Gordon he could be a handful in the national league.
The rest can go for me. Newby and Raglan may be ok at national league level but we need a fresh start.
Not sure who is going to take the dross like Shipley, Anderson and Smith though.
Earing should never have been given a new contract he’s another crock which is why Walsall let him go, Walker should be one of the first out of the door with Mahoney dreadul signing another crock on his way down.

Williams, Winterbottom, Smith, Rose, Raglan, McCann and Fletcher would all be fine in a national league squad imho. Rest can go if we can somehow find someone to take them (which will be a big problem)

I honestly think if you keep that squad and add a good manager and some actual fullbacks then they’ll be challenging for play-offs next season.

At NL level, we’d could get the heart of a decent side out of that lot; Winterbottom, Williams, Newby, Whitfield, Fletcher, Rose, maybe a couple of the others. Would definitely keep Gordon too, if we can.

Theres bound to be players in that list that will move on and hopefully not for free unless we're desperate to get rid!
Don't be shocked players out of contract stay either !
I can see half our squad being here next season so we need to recruit a decent manager first then go from there with additional requirements

Unless they have a relegation clause in their contract then they're unlikely to get the same wage elsewhere and there wont be queue to sign them in any case.
Would you quit your job for less money?I wouldn't.
IMO we're stuck with most of them until contracts run out as we won't be able to afford to pay them off.

If they stay they're going to be on less money anyway, so if someone is prepared to pay what they are earning now, they may choose to go there, especially given where we are.

Could be that a few of them are p*s*ed off with our geographically position, and may take that into account when looking at any offer.

Would agree with these. Tbh the bottom half of the national league is abysmal so even our shitter players should be fine getting to the top half.

Yep exactly that. I think alot might be suprised at how many stay in league 2. There is some good players, collectively theyve completely given up here. Thats why i dont want any of them here if we can. Im obviously not that naive to think we can just get rid, but id love us to try
