Don’t forget the re- enactment of our first ever game 125 years ago at The Strawberry grounds former home of the Bluebirds kicks off at 11:00 tomorrow. Entrance through Crosslands Park Rd with limited parking and pedestrians can also access the club via Abbey road gates first turn off on the right after Valley drive if you’re heading out of town.
Let’s back the supporters teams as there has been quite of a lot of effort organising the event and your support will make it all worth while. :scarf: :scarf:

The Black and White Bluebirds were too strong for their Tangerine counterparts, coming away with a strong 8-3 victory.

What a performance from the ziggers. Some of the football in that first half was exceptional

Watched from the sides today. Had to jet off early as I was due in Kendal for 3:30.

That fellow up front who looked like Alan Shearer played well

Fantastic day yesterday for this event organised by the bluebirds trust team , they put on an excellent well ran event from start to finish.

A good game where Barrow fans came out comfortably on top in the end with a good number of Barrow fans on the sidelines watching the 125th anniversary game.

Would’ve been nice if the club could’ve sent someone up for 20 mins to acknowledge the efforts put in and have a crack with the fans pre game for such an important milestone in the 125 year , especially after all their talk about being ‘ connected ‘ but there we go that’s the connection for you!

Hopefully this sort of thing can turn into a yearly event for charity / the trust in future.
