Was this not deemed a health and safety issue, in case the ball boys get hit and hurt by the ball / players leaving the pitch?

This isn't a reserve team, this is the performance centre's U18 B team, most of the players that played in this league last season are now playing for the U18's in the North west Alliance league, with games played on Sundays. So strictly speaking it's the U18's reserve team? So the post is right ;)

Move to Craven Park whilst Holker Street is being developed then move back to Holker Street and watch the other club fold.
