Not for segregated games. Pretty sure there’ll be a Shepherd Neame bar below the away end. Loads of pubs in town. Wetherspoons Society Rooms and the Flower Pot are most likely, but both will be rammed.

The only games that have ever been cancelled on it have been due to heavy snow making the surrounding roads impassable. It’s nearly ten years old now and showing its age, but passes its annual inspection. Will be replaced next season.

It’s weird fans of previous clubs say he did nothing, but based on tonight you’d have to say yes. First he ran in from the wing going past several players and shooting at close range when it suited him. The other was charging through the middle at short range. Apparently several scouts in the crowd ...

An easy win against a poor Havant tonight. Two more goals from Levi Amantchi who looks unstoppable near goal, but we also love to give away the odd soft goal. No idea if we can bridge the gulf in class.

They had high ambitions a few seasons ago the chairman since left had a bit of unsavoury reputation I understand.Since then he left firm I believe called Gallaghers took over May have been builders did a lot work Are you confusing us with Paul Scally at Gillingham? Still the same owners who rescued...

Or even the Flower Pot.

Didn’t think I’d be reactivating this login again.

Completely accept your point. In fairness to us southern softies, even our own players were unable to attend a home game because if the nightmare that is the M25. And the M20 is trying to compete for sheer awfulness. I know a village where people are queueing up half an hour to leave and return ever...

Maidstone are a work in progress. Definitely no financial worries; we leave that to our friends from the nearby railway station/theme park. The mini cup run should pay for the revolving door of players. The Saunders thing was painful as he is Mr Maidstone, but in truth, after two years of struggling...

Where did you sign Overdue and Shirley? They sound like classic underachievers. Maidstone always slump around Christmas; last season several loan signings saw us start a run of epically brilliant form. Just need one win to kick start the confidence. Will today be the day?

If Hines is out, that will make a difference. But we're not a one man team, so wait and see.

We are much stronger than last season and now full time, but managed to fall asleep against Gateshead and throw away a two goal lead. Look out for the man Hines, far too good for this level. Really can't tell which Maidstone will turn up, so will just predict we won't lose. Expect 100 noisy visitor...

Hope to be wrong but can't see anything other than an away win especailly as I saw a much better Barrow team well beaten at Maidstone last season and they seem to be better this season. We are much stronger than last season and now full time, but managed to fall asleep against Gateshead and throw a...

Aldershot's "the rec"?

Don't know if it is within or adjacent to a park.

Salisbury used to be within a public park.

The new 1700 capacity terrace at Maidstone cost around £750,000, if media estimates are to be believed. Within which we will spend £90,000 on changing rooms for youth team and toilets. Probably a similar sum in the future to add catering facilities. Think our original basic ground cost £4,000,000+. ...

We have found at Maidstone that the quickest but most expensive way to increase attendances, is to build decent modern facilities from which to watch the game. Followed closely by winning promotions. But that's pretty much stating the bleeding obvious.
