Maybe just one face to be brought in now, but not looking likely before the weekend!

Agree with that Al.

I'd rather Paul Cox take his time and bring in exactly who he wants in the summer rather than feel rushed and sign some players in what can be a notoriously bad time to sign people.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

And maybe the 6 new signings thing was just used to motivate a few people.

I think Paul Cox genuinely has tried to strengthen the squad in this window but for one reason or another either the calibre of player he is after isn't available right now. Or sadly will not give us a look in at the moment, and the latter is my concern if we can't attract them now will summer be any different.

I agree we should end up with around the 58-60 point mark come the end of the season and that should see us end up around 15th or 16th in the league, a decent outcome in our first season back in this league in my view and hopefully a sound learning curve for all!
