Re: banning
This is what I hate about the justice system.
Jacko (who i dont know) gets a ban
That clown from Tranmere "fardoe" runs on the pitch dressed as a hot dog and doesn't get any form of ban.
There needs to be some form of consistency, im not too up to scratch with how it all works but surely he can appeal the ban showing the Fardoe case for not punishment consistency?

Re: banning
he cant go within a mile of HS three hours either side of a game? what would happen if he lived in, say holker street? would he have to leave his house three hours before kick off and walk off in the opposite direction?
......pathetic over the top punishment

Re: banning
Seems like he got off lightly with a fine and a ban. 21 Atherstone fans got sent to prison for similar offences with our fans queuing up to squeal on them. Bottom line is when working class lads go up before middle class magistrates fairness goes out of the window.

Similar offences? The Atherstone yobs launched unprovoked attacks on pensioners and children. They got what they deserved.

Re: banning
It wasn't a similar offence. There's a big difference between going on the pitch and punching an old man in the face.
