I've been away since Bayliss went mental on the radio and that bald bloke from up the coast lied about the conciliatory meeting between the manager and a supporter involved and I have barely missed it at all.

I'm pleased for a handful of the true fans that trek up and down the country watching the team that it looks like Barrow are going to have a memorable season.

If they get to the fourth round and pull a big name from the hat, I'll briefly jump back on the bandwagon and would also turn up at Wembley or a play off final should they make one but otherwise, I'm not arsed.

I'll never be a regular on any terrace again. Football turns my stomach most of the time. Supporters and taken for mugs and taken for granted, whilst being overcharged for what is often a very moderate product.

Sorely missed Reg and you are right about modern day football.
