Just watched the highlights- why was the Barrow goal disallowed? And why was Moussa trying to pass it back instead of just clearing it for their goal?

Fans usually say we've been unlucky regarding results but Barrow really have up till now.
We've not been stuffed by anyone. The 3 games we've lost have all been by the odd goal and the games we've drawn we should probably have won bar the Dover game which was a good point.

Yussuf has goals in him no doubt about it and Byron is just going to take time to get match fit.

On a general level I would agree that Yussuf has got goals in him, my negativity towards him is solely based on yesterday's performance. There were numerous times that he received the ball in space and had opportunities to really worry the Tranmere defence by running at them, a couple of times when we were in really good positions. Yet he seemed to lack the belief in himself to do that and instead went for the easy option too often meaning our attacks lost their momentum and often we lost possession. It could be a confidence thing with him, but whatever it is a bit more bravery and better decision making could've made all the difference yesterday.

We deserved a pointyesterday. Defensively we are good,attacking lacked pace not once did we get behind there ageing centre backs,bauress just aint strong or good enough for me.Gutted to lose as we did,tried to play football at times,tranmere are in this league to stay on yesterday's viewing .

I wasn't there but can I please quote a Tranmere mate of mine for a view from the other side and see if it's accurate...?

I tell you what, ive seen some filthy tactics in this dog shit division. But your lot where time wasting like a nil nil was the best result ever! Physio must have come on about 10 15 times! And your players were called over for a water break, in september in about 14 degree heat! I know birkenhead is in the costa dell wirral but its not that frigging hot its not like its abu dabi!

The guys criticising Yussuf are bang on the money

As I've said previously Harrison and White are due a run together on next couple of games

They are the ones who will get the goals

They will only get the goals with better service! Cox said a few times we lack another 4 quality players and he was so right, we have too many lightweights our first 11 are fine but even then I doubt whether they'll make the top 7,
We now ( if Paul Casson really wants promotion ) to appoint a permanent manager and bring in a leader in midfield and at least one quality forward we just need that extra bit of quality /knowhow to first keep the ball ( to see games out) and to unlock defences and hopefully convert some of the chances we keep missing.

No chance! The current side might manage mid-table...with a bit of luck...
If Paul Casson thinks we're going to obtain promotion this season he needs to start taking stock of the situation.

The only thing Tranmere fans see is Div 2 on the horizon...and it's slowly fading away...it must be like being in Pugatory for them!

They need to take a 'realistic' view of their plight. They AREN'T a big club, anymore. In fact, apart from a brief spell in The Championship, they never were! Big Stadium. Big Fan Base, yes. A big club? Naaah...

If we wanted promotion we needed another 2 or 3 players added to last season's team. Have we got 4 players as good as Livesey, Bennett, Williams and Anderton? From the match I've seen against Fylde and the highlights of the other matches, I very much doubt it.

Not a big club but definitely big enough to be a Division 2 club or even a Division 1 club.

That only applies to the player (Harrison ) who heads it yussef doesn't head it so he's then offside that's how I see it !
