Re: 2 more signed - Jack Hindle and Astley Mullholland
Im all for giving lads from lower league clubs the chance to step up,play with desire and passion and play for the shirt rather than the money. These lads will be excited to sign for Barrow Afc, probably come on here to read comments, so if your gonna be negative, [SwearFilter] off.

None of these signings fill me with much confidence. Not knocking them before they've started but they're hardly young and haven't got Any experience at this level.
Wonder if these are squad players and we've got more experienced ones lined up? Or maybe it's just the plan this season to take a punt on evo stik players and hope it pays off.

Welcome both......only way to gain experience at National League level, is to play at it!

Leave Harry alone, he was the best player in training.Mark Johnson wrote: ↑Tue May 29, 2018 3:34 pm We will need players with league and conf experience and the squad will be about 20 + strong at the start of the season so give them all a chance in pre season despite their age and their club history and if they aren't good enough they'll be there to make up the numbers or go out on loan - as long as they give their all for the club I'll be happy.
Plus they can't be as bad as Bauress, white or harry the pan

Don't know anything about them whatsoever, but it's great to see that we are actually moving quite quick to build a squad for the season.
We must have had them in mind (or someone who is coming in has) for a while.

Amount of people slagging this off. Okay may not be what we all want but [SwearFilter] hell at least they’re gonna want to play for the club give them a chance, unlike the league 2 rejects we usually have gone for who as we saw aren’t arsed

The best fighting sport of a team was back in 1998/99 most of the team [SwearFilter] off when the money stopped but the fighting spirt from a bunch of players nobody wanted was something else.. We are best when we are underdogs

Agree with this. Feeling quite optimistic tbh, give me a team full of hungry lower league workhorses with a point to prove than that shower of shite last season. Step in the right direction, Danny Liversey type centre half now please.

Oh, the laughing face thing. Sorry, I mean, in what way is that interesting or funny?
