Taylor incident at 2min 30
Thanks for that. Which is the 'red card' incident? You decide.

I think this film shows two things 1. total inconsistency by the referee, 2. much better quality on the video by the Maidstone film guy.

He was watching JT before the incident, then ran sideways in and swung his arm into his face, ref saw it and turned away.

I don’t know what was worse, the cowardly arm swing or the stupidity of the ref.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Referee turned his back on it on purpose there.

Think it was a very unfortunate accident. Hope it doesn't cost us though with a long term injury as JT has been doing the donkey work superbly for us. It looked like Worner got lucky with Smith, he clearly led with both feet, luckily for him the ball rolled fortuitously into his grasp. Mind you with Johnson making the calls who knows!

Looking at the highlights and the build up to the big Maidstone chance first half. Just noticed that it was Jake Robinson with the header. After he clashes with Taylor and goes down in his own half, the ball goes out wide right and for me Norrington Davies has got to stop that cross coming in, instead he gives the player space to deliver the cross and low and behold- Robinson has recovered, ran the full half of the pitch and gets on a free header and should have done better. The point here is that chance could have been prevented and think we got away with that one, fine margins and all that.

I believe this to be a very true statement.
