If there's room after terrace ticket holders

I'm sure 650 season ticket holders can social distance within Holker Street for an EFl match

I thought the limit was going to be 33%, not 66.

Correct me if I’m wrong but 33% of 6500 is 2145 that eclipses most of our season averages that I can remember if not all in my lifetime.

After falling on tough times in the aftermath off covid lockdown I contacted the club on 27th July after the statement was released to ask for a refund. I received an email 24 hours later saying the club would be in touch the following week. Heard nothing so emailed them again to find out what's going on and still no response over 2 weeks later. I know they are busy but if they can sell stuff and make money quite happily then maybe those who are rightly owed money should be treat as fast. Certainly putting me off buying for next season in case fans aren't allowed in for a long time

Firstly I’m sorry you have fell on tough times due to this outbreak, I know how you feel. I’m sure the club will refund you in due course. Perhaps twitter might help they will get you back to you double quick as it’s a public forum.

Apologies for the delay with this, it took longer than expected to contact all of last years ST Holders that we didn’t have email addresses for.

We obviously wanted a complete list of those who wanted refunds before we proceeded.

Our office team will be in touch with everyone who has asked for a refund this week.

Has anyone received their ticket yet? When I ordered (17 July) the receipt confirmed that the ticket would be posted to me, but I haven't received anything yet.

I think the website said they wouldn't be posted out until things became a bit clearer re next season's arrangements.

There is no rush is there.Season won’t start before 12th September I believe.Restricted game attendances from 1st October if all goes well so could be six weeks before they needed assuming the turnstiles completed for this next phase of swipe a season tkt to get in.Chill don’t panic they be posted in due course.

With the club knowing for definite now that there will be no fans in that period of 12th Sept - 1st Oct as a minimum, does anyone know if they are making any plans for those with season tickets for those first few games with IFollow of anything?

Club has confirmed that tickets will be posted in next few weeks. New system being used. Up the Bluebirds !

With the club knowing for definite now that there will be no fans in that period of 12th Sept - 1st Oct as a minimum, does anyone know if they are making any plans for those with season tickets for those first few games with IFollow of anything?

From what i.m told the FL will be making the games that season ticket holders lose available free of charge on I.Player as they did to the championship clubs as they completed last season.

The issue is then whether clubs take that to have a monetary value or not, in other words, do they at some point in the future make a decision not to make any refund taking it that the I.Player coverage was provided in lieu of actual attendance, refund a part of it ie the game value less a contribution for the I.Player service or do they do as the FL prefer and make no charge against a refund for the provision of the I.Player service provided.

Would make it much more clearer all-round if they just told clubs they are being given the service for nothing so, therefore, the clubs must refund/not charge for the games that fans aren't able to attend whether they use the offer of the I.Player service on offer or not.

So there's no confusion, presumably you mean iFollow (EFL) not iPlayer (BBC). Why do they all have to begin with an 'i'? Just because Apple did it...
