From what i.m told the FL will be making the games that season ticket holders lose available free of charge on I.Player as they did to the championship clubs as they completed last season.

The issue is then whether clubs take that to have a monetary value or not, in other words, do they at some point in the future make a decision not to make any refund taking it that the I.Player coverage was provided in lieu of actual attendance, refund a part of it ie the game value less a contribution for the I.Player service or do they do as the FL prefer and make no charge against a refund for the provision of the I.Player service provided.

Would make it much more clearer all-round if they just told clubs they are being given the service for nothing so, therefore, the clubs must refund/not charge for the games that fans aren't able to attend whether they use the offer of the I.Player service on offer or not.
So there's no confusion, presumably you mean iFollow (EFL) not iPlayer (BBC). Why do they all have to begin with an 'i'? Just because Apple did it...

Well if the FL.s I.follow is going to be available to Barrow fans the first thing that will need to happen is that the club will have to switch their website over to the FL template and do all the setting up that's involved [ Andy Holt reckoned it cost Accy 20k to set it all up when the finally got on board a couple of years ago ] and the strange thing there is that its less than 6 months since the club switched to the current website platform. It all seems rather strange to me if you're going to do the change over to the FL version this summer.

Maybe Adam or someone with a bit of influence could ask the relevant questions because until they do talk of I.follow with regards to BAFC is irrelevant.

The club know they have to switch websites. There was a vote on Friday as to how iFollow was to be charged among all L2 clubs. The result of which I know not.

See there maybe tests of allowing 15% in grounds for the league Cup and efl Cup that would only allow 900 an odd in our ground if capacity is 6200

I don't think this figure of 6,200 is confirmed and might be difficult to achieve with the Steelworks End empty.

BAFC_Official wrote: Tue Aug 11, 2020 7:57 pm Apologies for the delay with this, it took longer than expected to contact all of last years ST Holders that we didn’t have email addresses for.

We obviously wanted a complete list of those who wanted refunds before we proceeded.

Our office team will be in touch with everyone who has asked for a refund this week.
A week has passed and still no contact has been made with season ticket holders who wanted a refund. Coming up to a month after the club put on their website that you could apply for a refund..... That said, they never said when....

Probably better to apply for refund and do the transfer to the maintenance account on here.

Is there any scope for the club to do their own live steam (like the BFC one today) and their own highlights and content they can charge a subscription for? Or does it have to be done via iFollow? Not sure how much of the subscription the club would get from them so could be a good alternative?

I'm pretty sure we have to use IFollow and can't do what you're suggesting.
