Just struggling for consistency we have shown in patches we can play a bit. But also when we are bad we are awful as a collective. Lacks a natural leader in the side for me so far, All looks so flat at times but far from being a disaster just going to take longer to jel as a unit. Couple of the injured back and a change of system and we can still come good.

We just look devoid of ideas, would have loved to have seen Taylor play today it had him written all over it, I'd also have moved hardcastle back into the centre of midfield for his energy, wouldn't have minded seeing Kay or gribbin behind the front 2 for a bit of creativity & something different

Here here, a lazy arse appointment , his agent asked if the job was available and that's it, think his managment record now stands at 2 wins from 30 games

luckily I didn't see today's game but I was talking to a well-known poster on hear a few weeks ago I told him (hope I'm wrong) that I thought the board made a mistake by going for Dunn without seeing what candidates were available, I also said we needed 2 quality forwards and he said plus someone like Rooney in midfield i said I don't think we'll play like that so far I'm right !

In my view it’s not so much the players being poor but more the fact that they are working with a management team that are not exactly filling them with confidence and also don’t seem to have much of an identity. I don’t like to mention the IE era but at least he had the players believing they were world beaters and had a style and identity and way of playing, when it comes to DD it all just seems a bit ‘half ar$ed in comparison. Yes we need some more attacking options but we also need some more passion from the management I think.

Looking back at all the comments including my own I think that this one sums it up best - IE sent the team out with belief every game - you could literally see their chests puffed out!
DD in comparison comes across that he has no belief in himself as a manager - and this has transferred to the team on the pitch. It may all have been different had we held on in that first game against Stevenage but we desperately need a win now for confidence if nothing else.

There is no point in the club spending all this money on the ground and a budget for the manager if everyone thinks its season over with 42 games left to play.

We played some good spells and I think it will come good, I did get criticised when I questioned why with the season a week away we were still playing trialists maybe the team hasn't fully gelled yet and we have been distrupped by injuries.

Let's hope the manager can use this negativity to really motivate the players to go out and do a job
