To be fair I fill the page in like Fazered did and I haven't had a problem as yet. It shouldn't take any money till you get to the bottom of the page and press the necessary button.

Did exactly the same on Tuesday.

On the payment page you put in your match code and redeem it . It will then show minus £10 which is your discount then pay as normal and it will come back as £0.00. Dont pay first then try and redeem your code or you will get charged £10.

Just do the above and everything should be ok.

Also, when you open the clubs website and click on ifollow, at the bottom left corner it will ask you to sign in. If you don't do that you won't be able to watch whether you have paid or applied the free code. Hope that helps.

Get in touch with the iFollow support team and say the payment went through before you could add your code.

Send them the code too. They should refund you.

Why should you get refunded when your doing it wrong !!

Because accidents happen. I've seen other people have done this and been refunded.

I can't redeem the code using the Barrow AFC ifollow app on my phone at all, but it works fine on PC using Chrome.

In recent transactions i`ve used PayPal as a means of payment , noticed now when i`ve gone to redeem my pass code this means of payment isn`t available. This time I had to put card details in , still not a problem everything went through ok, got the minus £10 confirmation

I`m a season ticket holder so dont need to buy a match pass, I get the discount code via a club e-mail. I was just stating in the past paypal has been an option, but not there today

The bank cannot stop the payment. So what happens now? If I watch the match do ifollow keep the money? Do I try and go on line and apply my discount code. Not a very satisfactory situation

The fact that others have done the same and the fact that they have a high volume of emails to deal suggests the system is poor

Yeah, I did this one week - no response from iFollow via email other than an automated message. They're terrible.

It's entirely their fault - if you fill in the page in order (from top to bottom), you reach "Pay with this card" before you get to the discount code box, and it takes your money there and then. Shite website.

I'm a season ticket holder too but for verification you need to put your card details in... I've done this every week on my mobile without issue
