Rations can be adjusted depending on the nature of a draw (increase for Colchester, decrease for Orient) but sharply reduced in defeat (obviously).

Your quote was referring to the players he knew from last season.PerthBluebird wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 12:03 pmTrying to play 90 mins with 2 lads in the centre over 30 that dont have engine to last the full game and then all you have to replace them is lightweight kids we have a lot off weakness’ssaltcellar wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 6:49 pm

Nice sidestep though.
There are 41 games to play, yet people like yourself are acting like Barrow are already relegated.
We are 1 point behind the bookies pre season favourites.

Re: Macclesfield/training
Macclesfield FC the new phoenix club, are ripping up the pitch and installing a new 4G pitch at the Moss Rose, so no doubt that's where the phoenix club will be training for next season.
Re: Macclesfield/training
Always surprised at how many of these phoenix clubs continue to play at their league ground. You'd think the ground would be the first thing to go when a club goes bust.stevenmtfc wrote: ↑Tue Oct 20, 2020 11:33 pm Macclesfield FC the new phoenix club, are ripping up the pitch and installing a new 4G pitch at the Moss Rose, so no doubt that's where the phoenix club will be training for next season.
Re: Macclesfield/training
Their ground was initially put up for sale right after liquidation. I suppose one of the new consortium bought up the ground. It was selling for £500000. Personally am glad the ground has been saved

Re: Macclesfield/training
The freehold of the Moss Rose belongs to Macclesfield council if you think about it if they'd actually owned the ground they would have been able to borrow against it. The 500k price was for the total assets of the club inc the remaining lease interest in the ground.

Re: Macclesfield/training
So I assume we are renting these facilities?
Have we signed a long or short lease?
Any one know?

Re: Macclesfield/training
I’ve seen the pictures where cars ripped up the first team pitch on Friday night. Were our training areas affected?

Looks like this move came about from the actions of Sid. I can't tihnk of any other directors that live down that way.
