Re: i follow
Still waiting a reply to my email sent last night, but a friend did get one which acknowledged there was a problem which had been rectified and they would not be offering a refund at the present time.barrowfan wrote: ↑Wed Nov 04, 2020 2:13 pmAre they offering a refund?Methuselah wrote: ↑Wed Nov 04, 2020 1:23 pm Just been in touch with iFollow and there was a problem last night.I only use my laptop to watch iFollow and have never had a problem before last night.
Re: i follow
My laptop just kept freezing so i used my phone and it worked so at least i got to see the match. Glad the FA cup game is on ifollow so at least we get to see it.
Re: i follow
The iFollow site is an absolute nightmare, the transmission is very rarely trouble free and even though l’ve complained on several occasions l have not received any communication off the company. Their customer services department is non existent and as far as a refund is concerned you can go and whistle ! They really do get the money under false pretences, l think it’s also wrong for the club to simply wash their hands of the problem they told they have nothing to do with it’ l beginning to think pit would be more beneficial to sent the £10 straight to the club. One final point my broadband provider tell me the no problem with the signal and the speed entering my router.

Re: i follow
Ive watched most games.. started with laptop but keeps freezing so have to use iPad which has been good overall. Irritating when laptop won’t work as link to tv easy. Router speed etc checked and not a problem but whatever reason laptop struggles

Re: i follow
With people staying at home I wonder if ISP's will throttle the connection speeds. They certainly did back in the spring with such heavy usage nationwide and was noticeable. Tuesday was the first time I've had problems with buffering during the game. Annoying, but rewinding a minute or so seemed to allow the stream to catch up. Only happened three times all game. That's on a pc hooked up to a telly
We hate Carlisle United, we hate Workington too (and Morecambe), we hate Accrington Stanley but Barrow we love you
Re: i follow
I would have thought this would only be a problem during the day, with evening usage likely to be similar to 'normal'. But this may not be the case.Barra Marra wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 9:22 am With people staying at home I wonder if ISP's will throttle the connection speeds.
It was mentioned in the Grimsby commentary that people were having issues with iFollow. I had only one brief glitch, but simply reloading the page cured it.
Re: i follow
Looked on ifollow site and their is no drop down menu section for the FA Cup.

Yes, go here: https://www.barrowafc.com/matches/fixtu ... 07-nov-20/Richard Ingham wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 1:35 pmIt is there to buy on the ifollow section of barrowafc.com
but don't click on the 'Buy Tickets' in the white box - that only takes you to an Error 404 page. Just below, on the right of the black band it says 'Buy a Video Match Pass', click on that and it should take you to the payment page.
Don't let the old man in.
