I suspect we are not allowed to ask this question because many are friends with him but did the club actually interview anyone else for the CEO job?

Re: Michael Jolley.....
I thought Dunn was an unlucky manager a couple of results and we would have been going ok the 2 signings goody mentioned we all knew we needed in this window and we would be ok now I’m in despair with what I’ve seen today

Re: Michael Jolley.....
Too many changes too soon. It’s still the case that our best performers played last year - Dixon, Platt, Barry, Brough , Quigley and Kay. The Commitment seen from the likes of Jason Taylor, Connor Brown , Sam Hird , is it seems sadly missing in the new guys . Manager must sort that and find a system that works . Stop the tinkering. Players are good enough but they need good management and consistency to build confidence. Can’t change manager again but he’s got to do a lot better , stick to his guns and be brave.

Re: Michael Jolley.....
I’ve noticed this as well they rarely get together to discuss anything during games eh. You normally see managers and assistants deep in conversation at times during games, we just have MJ stood arms folded looking completely in a daze. Body language next to zero.....Sefton Aubergine wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 6:10 pmYes mate... Feel like I support a club that has been swizzed. The body language and lack of connection between the manager and assistant looks telling.whitty1969 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 6:03 pm
Will have to be gardening leave then Sefton.

I think he has a very valid point and it’s 19 games to go.Chris Benoit wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 5:50 pmI'm as pessimistic as everyone but planning for the national league with 20 odd games to go and us 1 point from Southend? Are you on valium?blue nige wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 5:47 pm
disagree through no fault of their own ? of course it is ,the alarm bells should have been ringing after the first few weeks of the season! they should have done their due diligence on managers before appointing Jolley, as they should be doing now for life in the National league, looking at the top 6 team's there and if needs be taking / approaching a top manager, whose won / got team's promoted out of that league!we have to start being ruthless footballs changed dramatically over the last few years we need to adapt and adapt quickly!

Wonder how the Q&A will be policed, I can see It getting a bit out of control.

Regardless of your pedantry we should be coming up with a solution to stay up in the first place.cuffy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 6:29 pmI think he has a very valid point and it’s 19 games to go.Chris Benoit wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 5:50 pm

Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.
If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

I'm not a fan of current events, but some people are taking it way too far on social media with some of the words being thrown, be very surprised if I don't see a few people singled out and told they won't be able to attend next season.

Any particular words we could use so this reward is extended to others?

Wasn’t being pedantic, I just didn’t want you thinking we had more games to try and turn it around than we actually have.Chris Benoit wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 6:30 pmRegardless of your pedantry we should be coming up with a solution to stay up in the first place.
