Re: New Seats Going In Holker Street End
Do not mind the seats going in for away fans but I would not like to see the standing area of the Holker End been given to away fans.
Re: New Seats Going In Holker Street End
Cheers thanks for the correction.

Miss mash do if thats what we can afford. No probs there. At least it will be more cover for the paying fans?PerthBluebird wrote: ↑Wed Apr 21, 2021 9:19 pm Main stand extensions are just pipe dream , could end up like Harrogate's miss mash they have 3 different stands on one side.
Seasons to be cheerful.Part 16 3/4

You are incorrect in your understanding of the admission criteria.chipmunx wrote: ↑Fri Apr 23, 2021 9:33 amWhen the main stand was made the capacity was about 1030;- this got reduced slightly later when a wall was put around the directors seating area and the front row of the block with the letter B in it was removed. This took the number slightly under 1000. The number had to be over 1000 to get into the EFL - so the row on the B was re-installed to achieve this. This means you are incorrect in your understanding on the seat numbers.Hadrian wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 10:00 pm
120 seats are going in the first two sections of the HSE, 60 per section. As I understand it this brings up (and possibly a little over) the 1000 seats in total needed by the end of this season.
There are (I think) twelve sections to the HSE, two with the new seats and the equivalent of one section with barriers and yellow paint leaving nine to install more seats in the way you suggest. Nine sixties are 540 so with the main stand as at present that leaves us, say 400 short. Where do they go?
Don't forget a seated place takes more room than a standing place so more seats in existing spectator standing space reduces total ground capacity which had to be 4000 by the end of this season and will need to be 5000 in two years time.
1.2 A new member club entering League Two must comply with the Qualification Criteria and has until the 30 April in its first Season as a Member to meet the Admission Criteria set out in the above table.
EFL Regulations: Appendix 1 - Membership Criteria (Regulation 8)
(The table criteria specify a capacity of 5000 to include 1000 seats.)
Coincidence that extra seats are being installed before the end of April?

Is it correct we need 2,500 seats by the end of the third season?

Re: New Seats Going In Holker Street End
Looking at it now its a pity they did not demolish the Holker st. end and build a new all seated area and fit it with 1000 seats, I know that would bring a lot of criticism but in the long run it would have meant sense and met the F.A. Ruling.

Re: New Seats Going In Holker Street End
Decent interview from the chairman on RC “huge plans for the stadium, message to the fans is you’ve seen nothing yet from this board, we’ve not even got started yet”
Re: New Seats Going In Holker Street End
Cannot see the changing rooms being extended in the cross bar there is just not enough room, massive wall removal would be needed, and there maybe Asbestos in the plastering.

What's happening now with the space under the main stand that has been cleared?
