Jason Walker was at Morton for a couple of years. Didn't realise he was from Barrow until he ended up back down the road.

Taken outside Morton's ground, it reminded me of Barrow, apart from the rain of course.

We certainly did! Jimmy Mallon and Jim Mulholland were 2 of the finest players I ever saw play for Barrow.

Am pretty sure we once played a pre season at Meadowbank, and won!-I think it might have been the Brian McManus era.

I've often wondered why, by way of a change, we do not invite some south of Scotland teams - Queen of the South, Annan Athletic are just across the border and we are never likely to bump into them in competition.

We’ve played Celtic in a friendly on a Tuesday night before. They were supposed to bring a load of fans so they got given the whole holker street end to themselves and about 5 fans turned up in Celtic tops. 3 of them were my neighbours at that time too

Jim Mulholland still my all time favourite Barrow player, they always seem better players when you're young and impressionable

Weren’t we supposed to play Rangers as part of the Andy Firth deal but we’d have had to give Liverpool the gate receipts or something daft so it got binned?
