Enjoyed watching that.
Good all round performance from Barrow. Not used to Barrow being the ‘big club’. Feels good.

Crikey, they were bloody awful. Says a lot about the standard of their league if they are unbeaten.
Professional performance, job done. Onto the next round.

A Sunday league team. Easy win as expected. Good to give platt a 90 min practice game.
Bring on carlisle.

Happy bus. Decent enough. Platty and co dealt with them well.
Lovely couple of pubs. One the room where Cromwell planned The Battle od Edgehill. Other one a superb beer garden with heaters.
Their 'fans' were unintentionally hilarious. 'You'll never make the station!' and a weird Gary Glitter obsession.
Their actual fans very nice.
Lovely time

Rochdale did a similar job on us at Holker Street a few years back, nice for the boot to be on the other foot, very professional.

Josh Granite would get a decent reception.
Popular side since '03.

We came through this test with flying colours. Couldn't ask for any more so full credit to the Manager and the team in the professional approach and discipline. There was only one reason the cameras were there today, and lets be honest some of our own fans thought this would be a tougher test than it turned out to be. We have previously messed up in these games but there was no sign of that happening today. Bring on the next round

Buxtons' last appearance in the first round was 60 years ago when they were knocked out in a replay by .....Barrow. It was an afternoon game pre-floodlights and I clearly remember the school headmaster saying if they had been a League team we could have had the afternoon off. Sign of the times but I think i had to wait for the stop-press of the EM for the result !

Barrow showed the difference in standard between both leagues, quick, Sharpe and your No 10 was not that great zanadoo or something like that.
The second goal huge defensive error gifted the game to Barrow after Banbury started the second half better.
Majority of the game Barrow were quickest to the second ball, where as we are in our league.
The penalty I'm not sure about but was at the other end, so when I watch the replay if it is then fair play.
I have seen my mates team play in league 2, a load of old Cobblers, but Barrow seemed to play at a better standard than some of the games I have seen in the past at your standard.
Poor away following for a league two side even if on TV.
All the best for the future.
