Sutton w9 d7 l7 F27 A 22 29 points

Barrow w4 d7 l7 F20 A23 19 points

Presume Sutton ain’t drawn 7 is what yr wanting to say?
No, my point is that they have only conceded one more than us, but have scored 7 more, and that's enough for 10 more points.

It's so frustrating only our recruitment team know why we couldn't get some quality up front, now we're told we have targets for January which is the hardest time to get decent players in! people say we'll It's not that easy, you have to move mountains sometimes because look at our predicament now It's no exaggeration to say we could go down!
Cooper again mentioned our club's infrastructure (what's exactly going on?) is our backroom staff up to it because the amount of injuries we're getting is unbelievable.
After last season I thought well we definitely won't be in that position again 😕 but recruitment the lack of training facilities has come back to bite us big time now everyone is looking to January again IWE SHOULDN'T BE HERE AGAIN!

I think it was mentioned in another post that our play went down when we got the training facilities that Cooper had been asking for.

Wishing them the best of luck though.

I think we'll survive in the EFL, but it. could be a close call.

Reading the FGR forum may give some insight into the White/Sea situation. Apparently there were chants of 'Matty Stevens is laughing at you' from their fans aimed at MC. This because Stevens the scorer of their two goals was frozen out by Cooper and sent out on loan for the second half of last season only to be brought back and blossoming by the new manager. In other words 'don't get on the wrong side of Mr Cooper'

I have just watched the highlights. Firstly, I didn't see the possible chances for us in the first half that others have mentioned. Secondly, I can't believe how high to FG players jumped for their first goal. Their no. 15 was even higher than Stevens, who scored. It was almost like a rugby lineout wher a player leavers himself upwards off another player. None of our defenders complained though.

Yes, it was known here as 'Cooper's Naughty step'.

Both goals avoidable first one you have to at least jump with the player to try to put him off,the second grayson is half asleep then dives in to make a tackle our defenders lack a leader there's hardly any communication or awareness of where player's are !

I think Mark Cooper will have it sorted in January provided-he is backed by the Board. I hasten to add, I don't know of any reason why the Board wouldn't back him to keep the club in the football league.
We'll be ok.

Well if we have a top ten budget it's difficult to say he isn't being backed. Lessons learned from last year when Dunn made up the numbers in August by signing a load of dross, hopefully some has been kept to the side for January.
Popular side since '03.

Off field infrastructure clearly still a big issue. What has or is being done to sort this?

We haven't got anybody who could put a hole in a paper bag! Completely punchless and we don't have a forward worthy of the name. Unless we get a player who actually resembles a striker we are heading back to the National League - probably with Carlisle! It's already looking like 2 from us, Carlisle and Sc**thorpe to me.

Why is it airways so difficult being a Barrow fan, we are told by the club we have a top 10 budget, we have some good players and a decent, at this level manager but still we are struggling.. just what is going on down at the club.

Then we hear the crys the board needs to back the manager isnt having a top 10 budget backing the manager.

Something isnt right.

I'm sure we will be fine this year there seems to be a few clubs that will struggle
