Do we get a fee for the beam back?

A fair question. If it was a midweek game on iFollow we'd get much of the proceeds.
Don't let the old man in.

Heard this a lot these last few games, in reality we’ve stood politely in the kitchen, handing out the beers.
If Holloway’s fit, we might stand a chance.

To be fair, we've had quite a few of the beers too!
But agreed, good to sign off with a win

I'm pretty sure they changed the rules this season - so the away team gets all the IFollow monies sold through their platform - so it wouldn't have changed anything for Barrow if it had been a midweek match.MisterPleasant wrote: ↑Mon May 02, 2022 12:39 pmA fair question. After Mansfield & Port Vale failing to win today a Northampton win on Saturday will get them promotion might need a few goals, at the moment 5 goals better than Bristol Rovers who play bottom Club Scunthorpe and will be looking for plenty of goals just in case Northampton win.

Will be plenty of Northampton in the home end on Saturday
Re: No pressure - let's spoil the party
Good evening chaps, I trust that all is well with you all. As Big_Bluebird has pointed out there may be a few Cobblers in the home end but its all amicable tho.
I shall be travelling up on our Supporters Trust coach as it would be a lot less, than putting a tank of fuel in my BMW! I have managed to secure myself a ticket as I usually leave it to the last possible juncture. We are ready to stand firm and be stout of heart as no battle was ever won with a weak will!
May the best team be victorious!
Regards: Tony

Re: No pressure - let's spoil the party
We've spoilt a few parties in our time, it's great fun.
We're in good form and our front line have finally started clicking. Under no illusions that this is going to be a really tough game but if your players could be concentrating on getting flights booked etc that would be great. I think we realise that you are more than capable of getting a point or all three. Most of us thought Saturday's result had ended our realistic hopes of the autos but PV and Mansfield had other ideas yesterday.
It's got to be better than that smug Barton celebrating a last ditch promotion. Either way it's going to be a nail biter in the away end and your only concern will be whether you can rub our noses in it or not.
All the best.

Re: No pressure - let's spoil the party
We met a Swindon fan on our way out of the station on Saturday as we were heading to the County Ground. We were a bit taken aback when he made it clear that he hoped we took the three points that afternoon. Turned out he was actually a secret 'Cobblers' fan though having lived in Swindon for many years, attended Town's home matches. Always good to talk.

Re: No pressure - let's spoil the party
Northampton fans are reporting that they are now having tickets cancelled that they have bought for the home end. Barrow working with Northampton to identify them. Its a nothing game for us just give them the Holker street end and say thanks for the extra income. We did it for Hartlepool a few years back.Cromwell58 wrote: ↑Tue May 03, 2022 7:33 pmnot advised.Big_Bluebird wrote: ↑Mon May 02, 2022 5:18 pm Will be plenty of Northampton in the home end on Saturday

It's pretty easy to work out. Basically, when bought, any customer that looks new is pulled, then anything that looks sus is listed. With the Carlisle game, there were even some that when they went down the list a cursory glance through Facebook revealed Carlisle crests, Carlisle supporting groups etc etc. So they got a refund. There were Carlisle in the Home End, but they nearly all came from locally and the club had no way of knowing.
I'd rather do what we are doing, which is loads of offers to kids, ex servicemen etc
