I’m not saying a drum is the answer but as has been pointed out, the atmosphere at home is absolutely shocking. Can’t remember going to any away game the last few years and it being as quiet as Holker St is. Not sure what the answer is but we need somehow to make it feel like a home game and as uncomfortable and intimidating for the away team as possible. We have one of the smallest grounds in the league where supporters are so close to the pitch. It needs utilising better. Oh and whose idea was it it play that slowed down version of the tune the players come out to? It was absolutely bloody awful. How the hell is that meant to inspire the players or crowd for that matter?

The flags and music of the ‘Ultras’ a few seasons back certainly made it more atmospheric and I know this has been mentioned before but can they be revived by the new younger element? This under 16s rule (whatever it is about) is certainly not helping matters and I do think it’s about time the club made a clear statement in the public domain that they want all ages and groups of supporters to get themselves to Holker St, as long as they behave in a reasonable manner! Going back to flags and the ones that were previously hung up at the back of the Holker St end? They were up in clear view at the charity cricket match on Friday only not to been seen on Saturday .

I asked the EFL their policy on admitting juniors and got a reply different to what club shop told me..
.Generally speaking, we can only advise that the ticketing, safety, security, policies and procedures relating to spectators within stadium premises on matchdays is under the jurisdiction of the home Club respectively. We would recommend that you engage with the relevant League Two Clubs on their policies in regards to the admittance of unaccompanied children, as it would be at their discretion.

Home atmosphere got to be on par with Salford absolutely crap let the kids in make some noise.

HS is not normally a passionate atmosphere
Drum, trumpet, bell, flags I don’t know if that would help along with a review of the U16’s grounding situation that most would agree seems to have affected things.

Fan reps and the club need to work together to address as there is a risk of it going away completely from HS unless something is done.

Agree the walk out music is dreadful and doesn’t do anything to whip up the crowd.

The only solution is get the kids back in the club need to change that rule pronto

Supporters over 50 might not want to sing all the match and are happy to celebrate and applaud when we score or at the end of the game, we have a very large older fan base so it's over to the younger one's.

Was overhearing a conversation at Accrington that some people aren’t going at the moment that usually go in the Holker Street End.

It's not an EFL rule, and never has been. Club using it as an excuse following issues last season. Other clubs in all leagues have policies, which they implement . It is a safeguarding best practice . Looks like the club are hiding behind a policy that doesn't exist...
