Re: Barrow v Morecambe, 12th October
What a pathetic bunch of clowns come on here, I wish many would [SwearFilter] off back to what they use to do on a Saturday. This is football, these results happen, form is inconsistent, look at other results. Today in dreadful conditions we were the better team with 67 % possession, but we created very little with that possession ,and what we did create we don’t have the strike force to convert the chances we all know that, and we’ve all seen that script pan out before. FFS if you can’t be constructive with your criticism, please just don’t bother.

Are there two 2-2s on here? I didn't think the comments about our strike force after the Fleetwood tie were constructive.Desmond2-2 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 1:32 pm What a pathetic bunch of clowns come on here, I wish many would [SwearFilter] off back to what they use to do on a Saturday. What's the point of giving the attendance after the game.behind the goals wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 12:19 pmAttendance was given after the game don`t know why people keep saying it.saltcellar wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 12:11 pm

Yes but they are observations I made as far back as pre season, and they were made constructively and honestly then. To actually come on after yesterday’s game which was played in very difficult conditions ,and start slating Campbell and spence is outrageous, and to say they wanted it more is the most pathetic thing I’ve ever read.
Re: Barrow v Morecambe, 12th October
They weren't constructive Desmond. As Bingley Blue has commented you literally said our strikers are shit and offered nothing positive. Everyone you're having a pop at was presumably also being honest, and may also have held their views for some time.Desmond2-2 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 6:22 pm Yes but they are observations I made as far back as pre season, and they were made constructively and honestly then. Only 3 players Stanway, Jackson,& Kouyate from yesterdays starting line up on Contract for next season, it will please so many on here to see the back of them.

Not that it really matters but does anyone know why George Ray isn’t getting a game for Morecambe?
Surely he would’ve been starting every game for us had he stayed.

We are usually one of the quickest to give our attendance, but does it really matter? In any case, it was a good crowd, with 4,000 Barrow fans (although as too often happens, we under-perform in front of a good home crowd, no idea why).Tomo wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 3:37 pmWhat's the point of giving the attendance after the game.behind the goals wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 12:19 pm

Happy that we are doing better than 6 teams. I think we would be in the top 5 if it was attendance per population.behind the goals wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 7:49 pmAfter yesterdays game we are 18th in the home attendance league.Bakewell Blue wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 7:44 pm
