McDonald comes across as a good guy, no doubt an experienced coach, but I think we need a new approach and go with a proven track record. We cannot keep going through this cycle. Brady sounds like a breath of fresh air, although he might not be the tough management style, he is supposed to be great with getting the best out of players. Will come down to money but also if he feels Barrow would be a good fit in relation to having to build on a limited budget.

Someone with a mentality like evatt would be great, the players under him worked bloody hard and I'm some respects, it was easy for them to understand what to do.

Brady maybe favourite but Oxford in Championship sacked there Manager and Birmingham are rumoured to be going to sack there's.

Both higher leagues and nearer home.
I would say the delay is in the fact we are struggling to close a deal with anyone.
