I think it was the first game of the season against Dover, Grandy made one of the best goal line clearances I've ever seen. That sums up his attitude.

You won't get many that will carry on with a broken nose. Played with cracked ribs. And then
finished the season with a broken hand.

Wintergreens squad comments are nearly as funny as my Christmas cracker jokes this year. Clearly given by someone who doesn't watch, understand or appreciate football at any standard.

Grandy's nose well broken. It's been manipulated back in place. It's taped across and he'll need a face guard to play if he's willing to risk it.

If you analyse the goals we have conceded you will see that they come from midfielders losing possession in stupid places, from attackers not keeping with their man at set pieces and generally backing off throughout midfield. The 2 Centrebacks, who were thought the best in the division last season, ...

Official site state that Paul Cox has been 'hired', I would have thought 'employed' would be the correct terminology.

Are you not going to give me 'so playing with a left back that's not a left back' as our left back?
That's harsh !

Get back to Grand and Livesey with Cowps at RB, put Symmo in at LB and we'll be back on clean sheets. So that's 3 of the back 4 that played the first 3 games and conceded 9 goals, but without Ashton so playing with a left back that's not a left back. Can't see a clean sheet there. You're not lookin...

Grand dropped after we lost 1-0 we keep shipping goals like never before but we now don't change the defence, why?

I can't understand why, after Ashton's injury, we moved the right back to left back, the right winger to right back and bring a winger on as sub. This changed the whole pattern which we started with. Why not just bring Grand on at left back and continue with the positions unaltered.

Grandy shook hands with the guy at half time and it all ended amicably.

I see that 'The Real Slim a former member of this forum' does not only have the tactical brain of
a lemming but the sense of humour of Kim Jong Un.

I've had the 'pleasure' of being his injury fixer since he was an apprentice.
Great attitude but not a good 'tipper' !
