Whether it works or not is now down to people using the right side of the barrier, there's not much else that can be done other than hold cars back - which isn't ideal.

Regarding the drain holes, two drains seem to have lost their covers at some stage. One has a metal cover over it now and the other (to the left of the turnstiles) was a 1' x 2' x 1' deep hole with a cone lying in it!! we've managed to put a heavy duty plastic cover over it and fasten it into place so hopefully that'll stop any accidents.
