It’s not a single incident either, it started with leaking Wild leaving well before anyone else knew, then transfers, and then fixtures. The board aren’t happy about it and are investigating.

Bit drastic, but they could release some nonsense info, to each trusted inner circle, each info all different and if they see what appears online, then they know who the culprit is.
They will already know because his/her name will be known by the people who run this forum!
But who from the club is releasing the info? They mentioned Mahoney last night as an example, that info was released on here even before the deal had be finalised, which if it gets out to the wider audience, could potentially jeopardise the deal.

It’s gone from one leak to multiple including fixtures, which as mentioned previously caught the attention of the EFL.

Well he mentioned Crewe at home just after 8:00 on Wednesday morning. Adam said the club were informed around 7:00am so whoever it is had access to that info in that two hour window before they were released to the public. Surely it should not be to difficult to narrow it down to who is responsible in that two hour window

I got the fixture info from an outside source, nobody within barrow afc. Hope that puts a few minds at rest

Why feel the need to give spoilers all the time? It’s like telling people how a film ends before it’s even started. Plus it’s a breach of trust.

PW leaving was one thing, then the transfers and now the fixture list, just seems like to much leaking imo.

Appreciate a lot is on Twitter as well but it’s easier to filter out on there, and some of the older generation don’t even use that.

I’ve got Iain Wood still to come just after 4pm

With Stephen Clemence in the final hour

Im sure the club will be doing some serious investigating with both current and former employees regarding the leaks.

Yes and stop targeting the fans for this. Fans talk when they hear news and share it with each other it happens to every club in the world. But the leak is the source of this. Which is clearly inside the club.

Notice the same poster has twice suggested "the fans" are being "targeted".

🤔

The apparent leaks appeared on a fans' forum.

Now what was it Paddy Lacey said?

(Unless someone is trying to undermine the club? Or could it be that someone else is trying to forment division between club and fans?)

EDIT: Incidentally, there was no suggestion last night of "blaming the fans".

Three very informative interviews on the sports programme. I particularly liked Tony Shearer's excitement and confidence abiut (a) the prospects for the new season and (b) the sponsorship/partnership with Newfoundland Government.

Just been away so just catching up on the Q&A session. Interested in the B team schedule next season. So they are being entered for the 4 cup competitions. So no Central League fixtures (think we only got about 5 matches in anyway). Presume one is the Lancs Cup & the other is the BSM trophy but what are the other 2?

We dont have a b team. We sign a few young players. Top them up with first teamers for games. Then release them.

The EFL Trophy fixtures(BSM)are first team matches not B Team fixtures.
