Im pretty sure Pedro has gone years. Same as you. Not that it should matter.

No idea who itll be if we don't win either of the next two. Not sure on Noel Hunt, but only based on him being slightly annoying when he played for Dundee United!
Thanks for the support.
I do irritate people ,I used to be as short tempered but since coming off the white lighting cider I no longer get wound up or sit on park benches.

FFS fellas, give the footballing responsibility to someone who knows football. If you bring someone in and call them Head Coach then they are going to starting behind the 8 ball because many, myself included, will only see it as a partial commitment and will stink of somebody trying to cling on to power (NOT our contributing board, I hasten to add).

We need a Manager not a head coach whose strings can be pulled, or sacked if they have a clash of opinion with someone at the club. ;)

You don't half spout some rubbish!
You constantly criticise but never come up with any tangible answers, it wouldn't be so bad but you don't even have a season ticket or support the club in any form!
Not spouting rubbish Hunt was sacked and that's where Kelly went and they've improved.
Tell me I am wrong
The man for me. would be Brady but that's a hard ask .
The reason I responded has nothing to do with the titanic quip it's the way you go on the attack without reading exactly what I said ( others on here do the same) ,I can take critism but please at least read the whole post without picking up part of it to try to make your point!

We keep bringing this up.

This person will report to the CEO whether they are called Head Coach, Manager or whatever you like. Why is this so hard to grasp?

I'm guilty like others for "snap comments" and I think sometimes its passion and frustration spilling over! I don't mean any harm to anyone and I don't think you do either..

When the chips are down, we seem to start taking it out on each other.. let's just hope the club make some good decisions and the results start to change!

A manager by definition should have full control of whatever he or she is managing.. yes, they will report to the board or senior staff but realistically, they should be in full control of the football side of things and I think from what people say, there is a suspicion that currently, there is too much meddling perhaps? Seen no actual proof but plenty seems to think that's the case.

I thought it was you Pedro! You might remember me as Mall on here but I got deleted for snapping at someone. It was your badtemperedness which gave me the inspiration to change my ways. Clean as a whistle now.
And it was me that used to offer you the odd can of strongbow in the Barrow park, those were the days eh!

The issue isn't the reporting structure so much as the footballing involvement of non-footballing personnel. How is this so hard to grasp? A CEO? Yes. A DoF, absolutely not.

We keep hearing these accusations regarding Iain Wood but with no evidence.
I’m aware he was involved in securing us a training base, improving the surroundings for the players both at the training ground and Holker street. Improving facilities for players families and children, involved in the financial side of any transfers.
Anything else is just rumour and conjecture with no evidence whatsoever. Please if you have any tell us what it is.

That’s the current structure at the club, you can argue it all you like.

Just the shared suspicion that the Pete Wild leaving situation involved more of the CEO/DoF involvement than we are allowed to know. Walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. It's generally a duck.

I believe your assumptions about Pete Wild is correct.
I heard it was a clash of personalitys, one had to go.

The none disclosure agreement shows how vitoral it must have been.
Why else would you do a NDA.

As I have said before please supply any evidence that is not the case.

If you can't let's agree tp disagree for the sake of other contributors on here!
