The football yesterday may not have been the best match to watch but in Allan and Thompson we’ve two players with pace and who look to beat their man and get a cross or shot in, i cant remember us playing with two wingers like that for some and defenders hate it. IIRC not since the likes of Wheatle...

Fixed.

Which page?

Utterly dismal. Very little to be enjoyed in anything around the club at the moment sadly, feels like the club haven't made a single right decision in over 2 years, just dross after dross.

Just for the record... I haven't deleted any posts, nor have I had any pressure or even contact regarding content on here from Paul Hornby. In fact when someone pointed the above comment out to me I checked and prior to just now I haven't even logged into the forum since Monday... Screenshot_2026062...

Loving your work.

Indeed, over the years we have had numerous people step in to assist with moderating, admin etc, often spending many hours behind the scenes, so thankyou to Richard Ingham, Phil Solloway, Chris Altree, John Little, Lee Burton, Dale Morgan and Pete Garbacz.

Ref was extremely poor, it's no exaggeration to say I'd be surprised if over 50% of his calls were correct. Allowed himself to be swayed and influenced in all aspects of the game, and was noteworthy. Stockport are clearly a very good side and you can see why they are top, but we matched them at the ...

Attendance will be affected by the pre Christmas effect. My concern is will the pitch be in a playable state, the heavy snowfall has now thawed, and saturated areas of land, along with rain forecast for Thursday and Friday, it could be in doubt. I had the same worry so out of interest I went down to ...

Looks like it Saltcellar

The Morecambe Chairman isn't 70 years of age.

Despicable whoever it was.

Made a Rod for his own back whoever it is...

One of, if not the, best Barrow performance I've ever seen. We've had more heroic results, and bigger scorelines, but last night vs a team who've spent the last 5 years in L1 and are sure to be around the playoffs this year, we were street smart when we needed to be, calm when we needed to be, brave...

Good stuff Reg, it's great times to be a Barrow fan, and hard earned too!

given how the away end is I suspect a lot will not return. Bigger away followings means increased costs ie policing etc Do many people really choose whether to attend an away game based on the quality of the away section? Always find this notion baffling, you go to watch your team on the pitch and ...

Individual cases of people being intoxicated aren't really worthy of a full crusade and 10 page thread against the hundreds who travelled by coach, anymore that it would make sense to talk about everyone who's ever drank in Wetherspoons because a couple of people have got bladdered in one or anothe...
