Hopefully you'll get promoted, like most Carlisle fans, come next May I'd love to see both Cumbrian teams in League One, so good luck chaps, have a great season.

Now the dust has settled.

Now that last weeks game has been put to bed it's worth pointing out that most CUFC fans want Barrow to stay in the league. It's always best to have some sort of rivalry, it adds a whole lot to the season. Personally I think you'll stay up at a canter, the new manager will motivate your players and ...

Amazing what a few wins have done. seems daft they they're only getting 650 tickets Ridiculous isn't it that some football grounds do not have the capacity to accommodate infinite numbers of supporters when the alleged demand is there. Can'...

Re: Carlisle

Aye, good stuff. The thing is, as I'm sure you're aware, Carlisle could fill the ground, seems daft they they're only getting 650 tickets. Can't the segregation be sorted? otherwise, you know what's going to happen....seems silly really.

Re: Carlisle v Barrow match thread

I don't how it's being reported in your local paper but up here we've told that Carlisle, Allerdale and Copeland will become Cumberland, while Penrith, South Lakes and Barrow will become Westmoreland and Furness. It's also been reported that the two administrative area will, most probably, still be...

Re: Carlisle v Barrow match thread

Just for good measure, would you buy a ticket for Old Trafford, Anfield, even Wembley and ask a steward if it was allocated seating, no chance. Before you say 'there's a big difference', no there isn't, it was near capacity and so the same rules apply. I can't believe I'm having to hammer this point...

Re: Carlisle v Barrow match thread

There were seats at the front and scattered around the section, the nets were removed because supporters didn't realise this and were walking around aimlessly. i must repeat, which part of 'allocated seating' can't you comprehend? If you can't grasp that one simple instruction then you will rapidly...
